Trust · Bias · Psychological Safety

People-centred strategy.
Data-driven decisions.

Trust is built quietly. I work at the point where bias meets behaviour — and behaviour meets people. International HR Partner with a decade of experience across employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and people analytics. Based in Luxembourg.

The person people trust in the room

For over a decade, I've sat across the table from people at every level — from graduate hires to Vice Presidents — in the moments that matter most: an investigation, a difficult conversation, a leader trying to understand their own blind spots.

What I've learned is simple and hard to teach: people tell the truth when they feel safe, and safety is built through consistency, not authority. I've spent my career designing the conditions for that — reading a room before I speak in it, holding steady when others don't, and staying curious about people long after it would be easier to judge them.

Bias doesn't announce itself. It hides in performance reviews, in who gets heard in a meeting, in what feels “normal.”

My work has always been about noticing what others miss, and helping people see it too — without shame, without defensiveness, just clearly.

What I do

Conflict & Trust

“Holding difficult conversations”

Sitting with people through investigations and conflict, staying calm when the room isn't, and helping leaders see the collaborative concerns they can't see from where they stand. Grounded in compliance, procedural fairness, and cross-cultural awareness.

Bias & Inclusion

“Seeing the bias systems don't”

Designing programmes that surface what's invisible — in representation, in decision-making, in whose voice carries weight — and building the trust needed for people to engage with that honestly.

Training & Change

“Changing minds, not just policies”

Curricula and rooms designed to shift how senior leaders actually think about fairness — not through lecture, but through genuine reckoning. From cognitive bias training reaching 1,000+ managers to psychological safety programmes across 12,000+ employees.

Data & Insight

“Turning numbers into truth people can act on”

Data means little until someone trusts it enough to change. I translate complexity into narratives leaders can actually sit with — from gender equity audits to organisational health reporting.

Programme Delivery

“Steady hands, long horizons”

End-to-end programmes, built and carried through — because trust in a leader also means trust that things get finished. From Listening Circles connecting Directors with underrepresented groups to EU-wide education initiatives achieving 98% compliance.
